Evelyn Chapman Sullivan represent many women who are victims of domestic violence and /or, left to raise children on their own. God and a great support team, enabled Evelyn Chapman Sullivan to successfully provide a healthy, loving and productive home and environment for her children. Despite the hardships of life, Evelyn’s dream was to see that single mothers would have the opportunity as she did, to learn how to raise their children with tender care, loving correction and godly principles. This opportunity would assist in making their life more productive and successful all to the glory of God…Therefore, birthed out of this dream, SMOOCHES was created.

Smooches is an organization comprised of women from Issarchar Bible Institute Church who recognizes the need to help single mothers with young children.

Our goal is to provide a springboard of support to create self-worth, discipline and independence.

Our mission is that every young single mother would come to know she is a part of a sisterhood who has her best interest at heart. A sisterhood of confidantes, counselors and advisors. A sisterhood with a clear vision of godly principles and realistic goals that would help to direct and establish a better life for them and their children.
